How do I return an item?
Complete the Cancellation/Return/Refund form and indicate the reason for your return, include the Cancellation/Return/Refund form with your return, and wrap the package securely. 

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Zit Publisher's merchandise.  You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of shipping for a full refund. We also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just click on the RETURN Bar and it will guide you through the process.  No return on sheet music or used books. Allow 3-4 weeks for refunds. If the shipping package has not been opened, you may return the item(s)  simply by not opening the package and marking “REFUSED” and CROSSING out your address. You will receive a full refund, minus shipping cost.
